My wife sent me a photo of the underside of the carpet he flipped, there wasn't many stains, you could see where it was shampooed for puppy accidents (a ring of the spot).

Hello everyone and thank you for taking the time to read.I will begin with my picture being upside down, although an accident, it seems fitting at the moment.

For example, if you injure someone in a car accident that is your fault, they can sue you directly and thereby gain control of your LLC which they can then liquidate to satisfy their judgment against you. 

I did my first wholesale a few months ago kind of by accident and didn't even know I was wholesaling until reading what it was on BP.

I just realized I typed "but" instead of "buy" on accident.

If you look at the reasons why this law came into being you will notice it was due to the behavior of a single, horrifically crooked and evil individual.  

You can get stuck, now, for 20 minutes at a light if the line of cars is very long or there is someone turning Left on a two lane road or an accident.

You get in a bad car accident or send an uninsured worker/tenant in to a situation where they get hurt, they sue you, you own the LLC, they get the llc.

I learned that by accident while reading another post unrelated to the topic, and it was brought up.With so many rules in every state/county, it really does help to have a forum like this to consult.
