We started out a little over 2 years ago joining different general partnership teams and helping to raise capital, do due diligence, manage investor relations and paperwork, etc.Through those partnerships, we've been able to grow our investor base, help hundreds of investors invest alongside us, and close 25 deals in the last 2 years.Since you're learning a lot, I'd also recommend starting to share what you're learning with friends and family through organic conversations, posting on social media, and starting a blog.

For example, I read / heard somewhere that in order to qualify for another FHA loan (for your second home) you would need to have at least 20% equity in your first property (the initial multifamily used alongside the FHA loan that is).Again, I'll stress that I am just as new to this as you are, so perhaps something like what I mentioned wouldn't really occur or wouldn't really be an issue.

Your chain of title has hiccups now, too most likely if you used one of those.Anywho - transferring at the last minute prior to sale is not a good idea as I think you now know.
