adults=2&...So the cowboys, and girls of course, roll in with their $100k trailers, $100k trucks plus a lot have their own semis that they use to haul the hay and in some cases their own cattle to train with. 

We occasionally get the group of guys or girls and still have not had any issues.

It took 2 months to find a tenant so I took the best one available at the time -  a single mom with three girls who is moving due to a divorce. 

I put down 5% and house hacked until I moved in with my girl friend.

I currently have 2 guys and 1 girl renting (1 guy and 1 girl even share the same bathroom), so co-ed isn't a problem.

The "manager" was a working girl alright, just not the kind that screens tenants.

The girl gladly directed me to a row of computers IN the office that I could sit at and access any public information my city and others have to offer (she gave me a short tutorial, but it is pretty easy to understand).

Unfortunately, about 4 years ago, my dad and I couldn’t see eye to eye on a very fundamental aspect of life ( he didn’t like me dating a girl that was not of our ethnicity so he kicked me out of the house, told me I would never be able to make it out in the real world on my own without him, and i haven’t spoken to him since.

Boys, girls, whatever, didn't matter.2) They drop out.

its not an established campground. it is an old girl scout camp. there is only one other campground in that town and only 2 state parks in a 60 or so mile radius. the other camp site in the area is accross town (15 miles) and has a waiting list for seasonal sites so the amount of people are there....most the campers i see around here have electric hookups but 25$ is still good compared to one camp site which is 32$ a night and Its not even in the woods!!!
