No one knows, so take this with a giant grain of salt, but from what I’ve read, it is going to take a long time to fix the housing crisis.

Thurston County is in a bit of a crisis for homes/apartments available for individuals to rent so if you can find a rental in this area it will be highly unlikely that you will have any vacancy issues.

I also wouldn't consider this winter a "Crisis" by any means, especially in our first year. 

They didn’t pay for November and called me in crisis mode saying husband is injured and couldn’t work, they had to get a new health insurance plan, car repairs, all stacked up.

the affordability crisis doesn't impact them.

I have set up 3 appointments and it has not even been 24 hours yet.I think if you are Investing in the right areas AND are priced right, it's difficult to go wrong.I have survived at least 3 Major Crisis in NYC.

Housing discounts ended shortly before COVID Crisis contracts ended.  

If you communicate diplomatically, that lowers the chance even more.

Combine that with the city's migration to the suburbs and you have a supply and demand crisis.
