How to find investors for an Event Center

Edward H.
Posted

Hello -

I'm part of a group that owns and operates an event center in the Twin Cities. We have a separate LLC for the building and one for the business. We are looking to raise a little more capital to get us through the winter, since we are somewhat low on bookings from being new. Once Spring comes, we're in great shape with bookings in 2024 so far. Ideally, the investment would get a % of the business, building, or both. Curious if BiggerPockets is the right medium to find interested investors and/or help point me in the right direction.
