Why on earth would you NOT have equal terms in your lease extension? 

I am sure they are your bestest friends ever and the best human beings on earth.

We live in Connecticut and we manage remotely with Airbnb, VRBO, and TripAdvisor.  90-95% Airbnb, mostly the rest is VRBO, and TripAdvisor has literally fell off the face of the Earth in the last 8-10 months (I actually am planning on calling them because we used to get nearly 50% from them; not sure the issue).

You MAY have more money, but no one on Earth is able to predict the future to guarantee that you will have more. 

The deal I'm closing next week my daughter found on the Internet the day it was listed on the MLS or I never would have got it.And after my last personal purchase and sale even from primary residence perspective I consider agents to be scum of the earth.  

So tell me, once in for all, how do I become the best gosh darn wholesaler that ever laid foot on this earth.

These companies really didn't create any new earth-shattering technologies, but rather just combined some pieces of the puzzle for the markets they serve.
