I would get rid of the rear camera, some insurance companies like proper will not defend you on invasion of privacy lawsuits if you have a camera in the rear yard. 

Multi-family is nice because you could maintain some privacy.

@Theodor Kim I am not a lawyer or giving legal advice, but this is how I structure my properties. a land trust is the way to go for privacy and protection.

The sacrifice is privacy and more management.

If not, I would definitely fence off the ADU so that the main house has more privacy. 

BP does have privacy settings that one should use if they want their information to remain private. 

I use both the Trust (for Privacy reasons) to own the property and then the beneficiary of that trust is my Wyoming LLC (for liability reasons.)Good Investing...

The other tenant is still annoyed and is instituting I have him take it down because of her privacy.

I really like the Tiny Houses as Air BnB's because people have their own space that's separate from others, and not like renting a room out of someone's house (not that there is anything wrong with that, but there is more privacy with your own Tiny House). 

Then add the financing constraints and the often detraction of value from the existing residence (less privacy, loss of yard or garage, etc) and it results in ADU additions being one of the poorest RE investments in many CA markets.
