I am currently an NCO in the Army and I am getting the ball rolling on something that finally feels right.

In our area (Silicon Valley) you are competing with an army of bidders.

I'm active duty Army and we needed to quickly rent out the home we were living in due to a PCS (Permanent Change of Station) and he listed the property and had it rented out quickly. 

He is getting discharged from the army in mid August.
