It depends on your terms in your lease agreement, there is no rescission period for the client unless stipulated in your lease agreement. ( There is NO change your mind date)The moment they signed the lease they committed to the agreement.

Even if his current lease does not stipulate the exact order in Taz's description, but does state your example, due on 4th and tenant has consistantly paid late with no late fees to date, the contract still states it is due on the 4th and late thereafter, regardless of what the tenant tells the judge.
