I always thought that was intentionally not an option to prompt readers to digest everything before posting.

I use the android app all the time but it kicked me out prompting me to sign in again with my credentials about 3 hours ago.

It is mostly my fault, due to my lack of firmness on prompt payments. 

Real estate is what prompted me to choose accounting, actually, so that I would better understand my own business and financing.

If I may ask, what prompted you to go into wholesaling?

Promptly provide the tenant a breakdown of charges and if any issue the refund check.

Just my guess since operating a business by strict policies has no relevance to being a slum lord nor does enforcing rules and taking prompt action have any bearing on vacancy rates.It is possible that my 3500 + months of tenant history on only one of my properties gives me some leeway to generalise.
