btw, this project was/is in garden city, michigan. 

We're interested in investing within 30 miles of the Heights where we rent.I believe right now the Heights, Garden Oaks and Oak Forest, Timber Grove, Cottage Grove, Lindale, and similar markets are for the most part overpriced and will not generate good cashflow in good neighborhoods.

I am thinking of hosting the first event at the Twisted Trunk Brewery in Palm Beach Gardens this Thursday or Friday. 

Unless you are on the east side of Garden Grove. 

You can always generate a little extra money by boarding a horse or 2, and you can have a garden etc.  

Is there any chance you can donate the land as a community garden?   

Westland is west of Dearborn Heights, borders Garden City, Livonia, Canton, Northville, Farmington Hills, etc, etc.when i first saw it in march, it had a lot of junk, but the owners moved out yesterday and they had removed EVERYTHING from it. just super pleased. it was purchased for 60k and i am thrilled. the inventory is so low right now that i can patch some holes, put a coat of paint and literally have a bidding war at 85k. but.... that's not what i want. that's not what i am after. i want the "passive" cash flow. i want the monthly checks. 

I get calls all the time from people who live out East (Germantown, Collierville or East Memphis) that still can't figure out midtown -wanting our opinion since we live in Central Gardens and have several houses in different parts of midtown.

I pay a gardener $30 per month to pull weeds so as you can see, its tight.
