It is quite often, that when the topic of these guru things come up in any fashion there seems to be those who openly support them, then those who don't mind them and then those of us who really don't care for them.

When I was trying to post my rental listing through Postlets these sites won't let me because only one status is allowed.The agent said it was out of her control because she has already removed the listing from MLS...Zillow doesn't usually update in a timely fashion...I am now only listing it on Craigslist...but the traffic is pretty low...Any suggestion??

Most people move in a linear fashion, i.e. they get one, then two, then three refinances etc, then move the refis into a commercial loan, etc.

It can all be done assembly line fashion on site or remotely. 

Few can predict when but there will be a correction because nearly every economic metric that is used for analyzing the potential for a market correction is manipulated in some form or fashion which causes a false sense of security by the consumer.
