Bridge/Fix-n-Flip/Ground-Up Construction are nearly identical loans in that they are very short-term (12-18 months max) with higher rates and no prepayment penalties that allow you to take a run down property and turn it into something you can take to market...or convert to a longer term hold loan.

The location of the fourplex is located on a dead end street with about 20 of identical fourplexs’ on both sides of the street, which seems odd to me .
