The color scheme should match the dormer above with yellow and light brown trim.

I don’t want to change the color scheme to match the fixtures.

It's like the most genius pyramid scheme ever because people outside of the organization are the ones who pay for it.

It just seems easier to analyze one property, and keep track of the operations of one property, while with the second choice, it's too easy for the sponsors to turn it into some sort of Ponzi scheme.

I am on top of cleaning up all shrubs ,grass,weed overgrowth but my other neighbors are not and their overgrowth overflows into mine because the neighboring homes are less than 3ft awayand I don't have the capacity to clean up their mess and the lady as well as the muncipality convenienyly keep targetting my property for my neighbors mess and to be honest it's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things but unfortunately I am facing the brunt because of that miserable neighbor who instead of dealing with her own crisis is trying hard to be punitive on her neighbors, how should I best address this issue?

This will cost a few hundred dollars but in the grand scheme of things it is a great investment.

I don't want to have any issues with keeping them looking nice, so I'm not sure these color schemes are ideal.What's everyone else using here in their rental properties?
