@Dhanesh Kumar I think your post is missing some clarity, Is this a post asking a question about these properties or did you accidentally post your solicitation for sales in the wrong area of the site?

@Brandon Whitaker  I suppose I should have asked for clarity as to whether it was a SIGNED contract.

That would give a better sense of your preference and clarity of if you talking about the District of Columbia (no representation) or the surrounding urban suburbs.

So I'd run all the numbers (the financing, the return, etc) beforehand, make sure they'd make sense and then I'd send them to the investor along with photos to give them more clarity before even deciding to look at the property. 

I wanted more clarity on it because this is my first house im 24 y/o with no knowledge and always hear old timers talking about how they refinanced their homes.

I'll still have to ask a RE agent to get clarity on that.
