Hello BP, I ran into this post while I was browsing through the forums and this thread is closest to the information I am looking for.

I would search those and browse through to see peoples thoughts on the matter in different areas.

If you have minimal experience and knowledge, I would browse the BP forums for various investment strategies to see which one/ones resonate with your goals and interests the most.

Hello BP friends -Although I've been on BiggerPockets for some time, browsing forums and gaining insight, this is my first forum post.

Is there any difference in the properties that you can find on the MLSLI website if you are a member vs the properties you see if you are not a member and just a regular person browsing the site. 

Then browse the forums, searching for things you have questions about (since they've probably been asked before).Also network with people in your area.

Also its a low pressure approach for them, they can browse.
