We did see an increase but we raised out rebuild value to $400 per sqft.

So the whole wall would need to be removed and replace the seal and then rebuild the wall and redo the roof. 

AS it would not be feasible to rebuild a home you can buy all in for 25k..

It may only be worth 60k for tax purposes but to rebuild the home may cost 100k.

The value of the building is not necessarily what you paid, but also what it would cost to rebuild incase of damage.

Rebuild cost could also come into play.
