I wasn’t trying to hijack this thread, I’ve just read too many people throwing out an expired list without a legitimate contact or success story.  

Hi Bigger Pockets, I've just purchased my first 3 unit property in December and I am reading through The Book on Managing Rental Properties by @BrandonTurner.

He lost his job also in Jan this year, not sure if he has another one or not, I assume so.It's a crappy situation and I've just been kicking the can down the road not wanting to rock the boat since he always paid rent, and I wasn't losing money so yes part of it is definitely on me, but I'm to the point of just wanting him gone.

I've just noticed Sooo many people who get into real estate want to teach it and become some sorta guru.

I realize that I've just hit the basics with my thought process.Be easy on me!

I've just not seen it here at all whether a single family or an apartment.

However, investors have recently found out that Durham is a gold mine.

The property was approved for section 8 but we have just recently found out that the tenants no longer qualify as their income for 2017 was too high.

The last 8 years I've just Turbo Taxed my way through with my normal career income, but this is going to take someone smarter than me and Turbo Tax
