If for example you know about the pits but waited say 15 or 30 days to start eviction and the next door neighbor was bitten by the pit they could sue you the landlord for negligence using a pro bono attorney who fishes for quick cash.

Short term goals:- more podcasts, more reading BP, more learning- settle on buy side/sell side domain names, set up forms to collect info- find and attend local REI / BP meetings- identify resources: title agent, partner realtor- decide on marketing strategies and implementIf I am not fishing for opportunities full bore in two weeks, I'll be disappointed.
