Hi @kennedy williams - Sometimes its better to be a "big fish is a small pond" than the other way around.

Both are going to dictate what hours you work -- with poker, you work when the fish are out; with real estate, you work when your contractors/buyers/agents/etc are working.

The HOA pays for the neighborhood amenities such as the gym, community pool, boat ramps, fishing piers, water and sewage services, etc.

They are located in a great area, about a block from the water and the city is building a big park, fishing piers, bike path, children’s playground, etc, along the water.
