This one just came in yesterday - The cabinet over the stove is too low to install a microwave and the cabinet over the fridge area is 5' 9" and not 6'.

You have to have running water, working plumbing, doors that lock, a heat source, a stove, no adverse conditions that would be harmful to health (mold, vermin, etc.)

What many people do is get around having 2 kitchens by having a wetbar with a sink and fridge then after inspection passes give the tenants a stove top or hot plate.
