As everything has to "season," like a good cast iron pot.

I like to put a pot together at work  when  it gets big.  

Allysa, took me 10 years or so.There is no one moment that I would say I was the proudest.There was no turning point where everything changed.I guess the analogy is like that of the frog who fell to a warm pot of water that is slowly being heated.It took me hustle, hard work and consistent action.

It cost me about $1000 to get all the supplies needed at the beginning (fresh water and sewer hoses, dishes, pots, pans, bedding, etc.)

Ah yes, the 'ol Frog in the Pot technique.

I can remember marveling at the bums on the Park benches as a kid .It would be winter time in the early 1980’s and they would be Bundled /wrapped up and just laying around while people would offer them stuff as they passed by .I can still remember asking my mother why would they willingly choose to live in freezing cold climates and suffer through the cold months when you can be a hobo anywhere in the country so Why not go south and be broke there  instead to have an easier life ?

But you could also buy a $30 coffee pot, 500 filters for $12, and coffee packets that enable your cleaner to set out a couple for each new guest to at least get them started.

Picture yourself on a bench in a quiet park and a man twice your strength sits next to you and puts a hand on your leg.  

@Ian Walsh  Ian as a HML I suspect your ready to go to fund these folks who are looking for great deals in the markets you serve.. with the big institutional HML going to the bench .. its nice to have other options. 

But every time some slob in the ghetto without a pot to piss in does anything other than kiss the book of everlasting love for one's fellow man and live a life of saintly virtue, he's a horrible, cheating, lying, stealing, taking, destroyer of the American way!
