I think it would make a great place to put a picnic table top or for working on plants or just sitting out have a cold drink.  

Sometimes I swear there's a certain percentage that drink or drug and hit ALL the computer buttons they can on these sites.I'll get an email from some, call them within 5 minutes and they're confused about which house (or houses) I'm talking about since they've sent emails out to so many.This week I had appointments with 5 people to show a house, including 1 I spoke with at noon who had a 3:30 showing that same day.

I called her office to see if she drinks coffee and she doesn't, but she does enjoy a good bottle of wine...

Who will all be sitting around brainstorming about ways to get money from others while having drinks next to your stairwell? 

Not out of the question, and not impossible, but you should really get a mentor that you can call or vent to or drink with when things get hairy, challenging, and frustrating.
