Do you open 1 CC per LLC?

If you find a no-brainer great deal (after proper due diligence), mobile home or otherwise, the money will come.I am a big believer in not using conventional money to finance deals, and taking out CC debt can be a slippery slope if you don't know what you're doing, so I caution you there too.

The trouble is, they put the credit card companies on notice and then gave them a year to get ready.I just got a notice from my CC company that my card is no longer fixed rate.

If all goes well, then the options are a CC or HELOC.

It also allows you to purchase lists with your CC right on the site instead of having to use Paypal.

A CC can help is separating them.  

For those that lose control of the CC debt great way to bury yourself :)  also I have to imagine it affects your fico if your putting a ton on of money on your CC .. ???

It's a working class B, C, C- neighborhood because it is close to the city but this is why the numbers work.

Use your HELOC to pay off that CC balance every month on the due date.
