My advise is have a plan of attack and make it a goal to build a business team right away when you get here.

But they don't post the listing so people in the forums have no idea how to really help them attack that particular challenge (whether it's a good or bad idea).  

This would be fine if it was posed within a plan of attack and seeking ideas for execution. 

@Joe SplitrockI think my plan of attack will be to offer low originally and if they do decline I will raise the price the ask for seller financing. 

I have made a plan to attack these using the Snowball Avalanche hybrid method I saw on a BiggerPockets Money video.

@daniel I have not yet had a moment to setup an official website, i have registered all the names on FB/Twitter/IG/Gmail for email accounts in various variations PS-- Deal 5 just landed today, I almost had a heart attack.  

Manufacturing was under attack in the US by Free Trade(which is good to a degree).

Also for you newbies out there, you better attack this problem two fold.....find ways to force increase income and find ways to decrease expenses.
