Norada is primarily a marketing company that works with on the ground affiliates.

I have a friend who is a referral agent and he is affiliated with a broker who has a stable of RA's (in addition to regular agents) - he can't just pass leads along to me.

I figured as such that when the time came to present the purchase contract I would have to disclose the buyers affiliation to the seller because I don't want to violate any disclosure rules.
