Often times, you can google search the name of community + "HOA" and maybe get their website and covenants.I can speak to where we invest in Western NC, it is a VERY friendly POA to STRs as most homes get rented so owners are for it.

Good luckI am going to take a stab that this is rural PA maybe somewhere in the middle or Western PA and these kind of ratios can be found as there are more doors than population.. am I close on location. ?

In the process of closing on a home in the mountains of western NC. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, nice size place.The place is brand new so will have to furnish it, equip the kitchen with supplies, linens, towels, blankets, and everything else needed to make the place inhabitable.Questions is how did you guys start on Day 1?

I think the longer term laws are one thing but the practices and knee jerk reactions by politicians and activists are having a detrimental effect.
