I like this property is because it is less than 10 miles from me and uniquely nestled in the center of Kemah's little village of shopping and dining.

Olathe, Roeland Park and Prairie Village are more reasonable for rentals and still good.

Back to my original point, I sold a 2/2 fully remoldeled condo on of Turtle Village, 78230, less than a year ago.

If this property is located in North Winton Village then you can count on $1100 all day long.  

Anyways I'm a mortgage loan officer and I work in Highland Village.

You can have taxes at one rate in the 44105  zip code where Slavic Village is.....and then in Newberg Heights, (same zip code) they can be over twice as  much.

Ukrainian Village.

My wife would go to the barangay hall (it's a subsection of the town like a village) and they would detail the loan on the back of the deed.
