Not much goes on until Memorial Day when the tourists come back and the trails dry out for hiking, biking, etc.You can usually get a premium if you rent just for the ski season but just a couple hundred or so and then you run the risk of having it empty for a couple months in the spring.

They all instead do a verbal thing which is heresay and doesn't give the judge a physical paper trail to back up your side of events.In most situations the judge is wanting the landlord to get proper notice and time for the landlord to fix the problem.
