Best use for Ski area rental condo

I have owned a condo rental in Breckenridge for a year. Currently rented out on a one year lease, market rent, $1,500/month (less local management fee), unfurnished, that ends at the end of Oct 2013. I am pondering my options regarding re-renting, and I am wondering what others are doing that have similar ski area rentals. I am not interested in renting week to week. The options I am considering are:

1. rent it for a year at $1,500, unfurnished.
2. rent it for a year at $1,700, furnished.

3. rent it for the ski season (Nov-March?) at $2,600 (total guestimate), furnished, then rent it again in the spring (April-Oct?) at $1,300/month furnished.

The dollar amounts in #1 is accurate. The dollar amount in #2 is guess. The dollar amount in #3 is a complete wild guess. I don't know if they are realistic or not, that is the point of this question. Based upon your experience is it worth the trouble in ski areas to split the rental time periods into two separate seasons?
