I'd suggest just going to the auction to observe it, it's definitely an eye opener. 

The main value to me would be the networking with other Big Dogs, as they condition their Big Dogs to not engage with non-Big Dogs, but it’s not worth $50K to me for the “privilege” of networking with others.Details: The following submission is based on me and my fiancee’s observations and experiences for Phil’s Big Live Event on Dec 1-3, 2017.

Here are some observations / questions that I'd like opinions / theories on:If this is just a clean-out, why was there a pipe connected to it at all?

Clause 14 is "As-is as of the day of the contract", which I would take to mean, as an impartial observer, that if the AC went bad between the time the contract was signed and the closing, the seller is responsible to make repairs or make disclosure of the condition to the buyer.

Maybe it was taking all those electives and fluff subjects that made me realize there is more to learning and life that just what we do in our 9-5, and to observe and pay attention to what is going on around us.

Regarding the Feds, you and any other investor/wholesaler WILL be observed by them upon moving enough properties within a certain time-frame.

One consistent observation I had through my limited dealings with these institutional funds is that they REALLY push the rent, possibly to the point of going above market.

I disagree that operating expenses for a group of observations can be applied all across the country for an individual project or an individual investor's goals though.
