Least expensive way to get a RE license?

If I could, I would...but it's like pulling teeth....Now, if YOU know somebody who covers Fl, GA, AL, and MS, or one in each state, Id like to talk to them....In the meantime, let me ask everybody this....As investors yourself, why not cut out the middleman, get your own license, put in the year or two experience required by your state, get your broker's license, and sell them to yourself?

Trying to think near south city near the highways with free parking, serves a bit of food if you needed a snack. If there are a few people, I could ask Crafted at compton/shenandoah, UBC near manchester/tower grove, or we could take over a bar table in the lafayette square area at eleveneleven mississippi or sqwires.I didn't get a meetup or link from the original posters....so, just throwing this out there since I'll need to eat out on those dates anyway!
