To verify, you can have an attorney/CPA/broker dealer letter, or use one of a number of other methods.

Are you a "Dealer" being the big question? 

But here in PA there aren't any  gold dealers that I know of that will put bullion purchases on a credit card because you walk out the door with the gold and cancel the transaction later that day.

Of course, the Fed's are chasing the larger dealers etc, being a border state we see our fair share.

I went to a used car dealer, sold the Accord for about $800, and bought a 1997 Acura Integra GSR. 

I wouldn't be concerned with their credit since the mom is already able to pay but I'd be concerned about a known dealer or violent person moving in.
