You cannot be that specific with facebook ads now, because they have new "anti-discrimition rules" so it will be a bit of hit and miss.

Delores,I am very keen on Dallas/Ft Worth and Austin.Both population and job growth is very good thanks to many small companies moving there from California.I also like their pro landlord/anti deadbeat squatter laws make evictions quicker and efficient compared to California where you can legally stall an eviction for 18 months of free rent for professional tenants.
