@Jimmy - Good point, but that tells me that gurus have no morals or integrity which is why I have no love for them.By the way, I am not saying Brian is a guru or his product/service is bad or good, as I stated before, I don't know anything about it or him, I only visited his home page on his website.

Also has a Metra, highway, two colleges nearby, and new commercial development (walmart, potbelly, ross, planet fitness, etc.)Moral of the story, look for stuff that attracts good tenants.

Because BiggerPockets, and by that I mean @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner have morals and standards.

He seems to have bad morals, high greed and overall low self esteem.

I don't believe that people should default on debt, and it should be viewed as a moral obligation as well as a legal obligation in my opinion.

Im also finding tenants nowadays are way more disrespectful, have less morals and don't treat property's like they should.

@Robin @Robin Morales - Yes, there are a lot of avenues you can go down in real estate. 

So the moral of the story is, everyday you wait will cost you more and more nickels.
