How many hours of sleep do you get?
5 October 2018 | 83 replies
These are your body's natural defenses and enough peaceful sleep is very important because it is one of the components of this natural defense system. Many cultures actually prepare for sleep time, like calming the mind via meditation, some folks pray to get into the zone ,some folks read or go for a relaxing walk before sleep time, drinking relaxing tea, stretching exercises etc. These days folks tend to go to sleep right after Netflix, or video games or maybe stressing over a problem etc...what happens if you go to sleep that way is that the mind which is like a muscle could still be mulling over the issue, and that might carry over to sleep.
