before u buy, chk the student rental policy. where we are no more than 3 related blood tenants can live in 1 unit. so 5 bed homes are harder to sell. bc if city finds out, they will be fined.

The reason they stayed so long with us was because we had a good landlord/tenant relationship which entailed respect for each other, no matter what type of neighborhood they lived in or who they were.Landlording was and still is in my blood.

I am sure if this was true, you would need a case of pens for all the docs you would need to sign, a blood transfusion to replace what they took from you and give up one of your children to qualify.

We get this all the time.. people come to our subdivisions and we make them register if they have an agent .. we don't want to piss off the agent community they are our life blood.
