I had two clients, a married couple that had been antique dealers for over 30 years come over quickly and found the furniture which I thought were reproductions were actually real, they estimated the contents of the home to be worth at least $300,000 dollars, and this was in 1984 dollars.

I dont like the idea of investing in a market where the only tenants I can get are drug dealers, hoarders, etc. 

They need to know what is basically expected in RE before they go out with some wheeler-dealer flake (not saying you are) who claims they can teach them the ropes.

If they feel they got the wrong advice or a price that was too low, they have recourse to make claims against the dealer/operator...it's just not something newbies should get involved with regardless of the perceived profits that may be had. 

I brought it to a mechanic and they told me that they couldn't fix it and I needed to go to a dealer. 

Very similar to your situation, the property across the street is the back-side of a fire department and a car lot (used car dealer, holds inventory there).

Once this fraud is exposed no person on earth would dare let go of their silver for fiat paper money.Sure a couple of ounces might be available at the local coin dealer but the vast majority of the silver markets will be as baron as the shelves of a post collapse Soviet Union grocery store.
