Personally, I subscribe to the belief that as a young, ambitious hustler that sustains a high savings rate and invests systematically, that I have a far greater chance of compounding my returns and seeing outsized yields on my own business (real estate) right now, in the prime of life, than I will by allowing my investments to grow tax-free in index funds inside a Roth or 401(k).

I for one have never subscribed to that.. its worth what you pay for it when you buy it in that setting... you would never sell it and capture that phantom equity.. if it was easy to capture your turn key provider would be capturing it not giving it to you out of the goodness of their heart ( if that makes sense).

I have not breached my obligation to him but one trainee wants to terminate our agreement to each other after finishing his training but before he has done any deals with me, yet he is still subscribing to the instructors training and lending site and his software.

***The last issue I would like to address is the comment made above by poster ‘Kyle Kevin’…While this name or its variations are not found in either current or past subscribers to REIPro, we have only ever had ONE complaint that even resembles what he is claiming to have happened to him, so I am fairly positive that this is the case he is referring to, so I would like to take the opportunity to clarify what actually occurred.
