Even patched all the holes from pictures.We removed one 12"x30" upper, moved a hood across the room opposite the sink so the sink and stove are across from one another.

(maybe rewiring an elevator)  I think when you see that you can put a new furnace in a place (which is about 3 times as hard as installing a stove) you will not just be saving money you are really making more money.

I closed on a house that the seller decided to abscond with the refrigerator and stove, claiming that they weren't working properly so he "did me a favor" by having them hauled out of the house before closing.

The stove will also need to be removed during the appraisal process.Also regarding your conversation with DCRA.....either you misunderstood them, or the person who gave you  the information is simply wrong....you will need a certificate of occupancy to rent the unit.

He even told me at one point he was only going to place granite on top of the center cabinet when the initial quote/plan was to cover the whole thing.Next, the gas line he placed didn't even reach the stove and he left it uncapped.
