This Monday night, our speaker is talking about Probate leads.Join the various Facebook groups where Wholesalers hang out and post their deals.  

You will meet a lot of people who can give you worthwhile advice and you'll learn a lot since most clubs have frequent guest speakers that cover a wide range of investment topics.

I would like to start charging memberships for more value such as national speakers, workshops, round table groups, and a lot more that I don't want to go into on here. 

We'll have another guest speaker coming in.  

It contains many factual errors and numerous extremely unlikely accounts of events that supposedly occurred.Kiyosaki is a salesman and a motivational speaker.

The main speaker was talking about self directed IRA's and pointed out the fact that there is all this money in the stock market due to a large number of baby boomers not knowing they can invest their capital in real estate. 

Hi Frank - I think they all add value because their speakers are educational and the networking opportunities are abundant.

Anyways, the club featured a guest speaker I'm sure a lot of you have heard of named William Bronchick who discussed lots of ways to do Creative Deals using OPM that have worked for him and I thought to myself this all sounds great but that was the end of it for me.
