Jimmy Deringer We used to use CoreCon.com, as any software transition, it will need a vast time on modifying it to where you want it to be, and since it is off the shelf, you need to work around with what you need, say for tile, Use Tile Installed 1 as a line item for cheaper end, Tile Installed 2 for Mid, etc, this way you have control as to if it is $5/sf or $10/sf.
