More people die of poverty then any virus.Easy to say virtuous things if you have some cash in your pocket and an overstuffed fridge.

Point out the clean stove and fridge (and snap a picture) and let tenants know want them back in the same condition.

Then a fridge goes out, a tenant doesn't pay rent and a toilet is leaking into the downstairs ceiling, I hate real estate and want to sell everything.

I also forgot to mention ice makers in fridges.

Put them in the fridge/freezer, etc and she writes directions on everything for heating/cooking.

Put the date on your fridge.

It looks like a fridge would be 5 years.

And you might want to consider putting small fridges in the rooms, to avoid fights over people stealing food and allow locks on their doors.Just anything you can think of that's a pain for roommate life, try to avoid.And I suggest only advertising to groups you'd want to rent to - such as the engineering department bulletin board.
