I know I would... they won't cover normal wear and tear.. but beyond that there could be coverage.. and I would be talking to my insurance man or women to make sure in the future your covered for tenant damages in excess of wear and tear.I was in my case other wise I would have lost 30k plus.. as it was I only lost 10k..
