There's no question that some federal rules can be harder on small businesses than large corporations - a minimum wage, for example, or a requirement without waivers to provide health insurance to all employees, or the illegality of paying women less than men.

I know I would... they won't cover normal wear and tear.. but beyond that there could be coverage.. and I would be talking to my insurance man or women to make sure in the future your covered for tenant damages in excess of wear and tear.I was in my case other wise I would have lost 30k plus.. as it was I only lost 10k..

I'm the one in coveralls with the line of keys dangling down my leg so I'll drive the heap along with Jim and not care :) its why when I started my real estate career I did not go toe to toe with the women that were selling houses..
