Knowledge is power, and I expected my heart valve to be replaced by a Doctor trained to do that type of surgery, and I wanted one that went to formal school (paid for), and didn't rely on videos, tapes of books to learn.I also expected to get my best, and most important knowledge from mentors I paid.

Now his butt is on fire LOL.Even more red flags.Let me guess, he wants to be paid in cash or if by check the check is made out to his name not a business, so he has no business entity, no insurance, no workers comp waiver for himself and certainly none for anyone if he brings a helper on your property.Hope none of this ever comes back to bite you, like he falls off his ladder painting your house, breaks his back, becomes permanently disabled, somebody gets in his ear about how he can get his doctors fees and and a fat cash settlement paid since you're responsible for it, and that's just the beginning of the issues that could come up.

We have doctors that come to this town to do the Residency and look seek areas that have a country feel though in the city and are easily accessible to the hospital.

Not only that the tenant can sue you for any mold repeated health problems. eg. if she gets a doctor on her side to prove that the mold is causing her child to develop asthma, you're in for a LOT of money (in the worst case).

Time to give me some facts of how, not blue sky.....We have a guy here who is running for the Senate, he wants to do away with the minimum wage, Dept. of Ed and EPA, Section 8, turn medicare and medicad over to insurance companies, limit law suits to corporations, injury and medical malpractice and allow 18yr olds to carry guns and put a doctor in jail for doing any abortion under any circumstance.

Obviously, if one is acting in the capacity of a license (s)he would be held to a higher standard, this would be true for any state license, be it a doctor, professional engineer, lawyer, contractor, etc.Also, understand, a licensee is not an agent until the agency relationship is created under the legal definition of agency.
