Syndicators, because they use other people's money in a way that is 1) short term gains instead of long term compound return such as building a portfolio of BRRRR'd rentals 2) almost entirely OPM (mix of debt and other people's equity) 3) resets with each funding

OOS compounds all that effort because you can't see what's happening day to day (although most people who go the turnkey route are specifically looking to not be involved in the day to day) and replacing a member of your team from a distance is just more of a hassle.

If you can only save 10K  a year, and want to retire in 4 years, then simple math says you can feasibly save 40K to invest in the next 4 years, say you compound that with some cashflow you are at 50K.

Also, interest on {fixed rate} residential mortgages is calculated differently (compounded semi-annually, not in advance).Qualification is also a little more rigorous.

It is recommended that a licensed electrician further investigate.There is a need to install one or more insulated bushings over the end of conduit OR within knockout to protect wires from sharp edges in panel.The inspector has discovered a number of three-prong, 110-volt electrical outlets in home with reversed polarity.There is no discharge pipe on the safety valve for water heating system.There is a noticeable bow/sag to interior ceiling within home AND to roof ridge.
