Most would likely hardly consider a decision to accept an offer that results in a $60K loss and not accepting the offer can result in a larger loss if you do not get any materially better offer and still have various cost accruing on your loan regardless.It does not seem that the issue is necessarily with the offer you are getting as its probably at the initial ARV you estimated (or is it?). 

I am sure they can shed some more light on the legalities of storefronts.Out of curiosity what neighborhood are you guys in and what kind of business is it?

Hi everyone, I own a property in North Houston that I will soon be vacating and renting out.Out of curiosity I looked into Airbnb/VRBO and found that there is one other house in my neighborhood listed on those sites, charging 267 per night.

Out of curiosity, I looked up everything I could find on Michigan's Property Management Laws and could not find any prohibition whatsoever of sharing information regarding the tenant with the owner.

My curiosity is how it would effect influence of this on selling at some point in future. 

Interest accrued doesn't go to the tenants so no need to keep them separated by each property here in Georgia.You'll also need "reserves" for your rental business.
