I really think that the city has its fair share of challenges, but is also going to be on an upswing for the next few years, especially in areas of the city that previously haven't gotten a lot of hype (Jefferson Chalmers, East English Village, etc).

Most of my clients look into areas like Old North, Old Town East/King Lincoln Bronze Ville, Merion Village, Driving Park, North Linden, Hungarian Village, Bexley, and North Hilltop.

I have a question about room sizes in Little Village?

The exception would be a property in a primo neighborhood, Charles Village, Federal hill, Hampden etc.

As my search for multi-units in Pilsen/Little Village continues, I can't help but notice that there are more listings and therefore more choices in Humboldt Park and Logan Square.
