As a former home inspector I can say the property is cosmetically a wreck..But the wiring, plumbing and some other systems were updates in the last decade so that’s good.

Think of it this way: the liability policy is in place to protect you from your tenants (ie. slips trips falls, dog bite, etc); the umbrella policy will most likely be used to protect your properties from you (ie. you are at fault in a car wreck, damages in an unrelated business, etc).  

I like the idea of a 1 bedroom because it is less maintenance (in my mind) vs renting to a family with children who will wreck havoc on my rental. 

People still ended up coming this weekend just days after a tornado hit less than 2 miles away that killed many people and wrecked homes/businesses.

Bored and careless realtors browsing wrecked my experience. 

Bad skylights can wreck havoc.

I find it amazing how frequently people wreck blinds.

He is very upset about losing his home and thinks he can somehow get lucky and have everything work out, but he doesn't beieve that so he is a nervous wreck. 

Although it may sound more conservative, you have a cushion in the event something bad happens and it won't wreck you financially.

This was not the train wreck most people thought it would be.I am curious how May goes?
