Hello everyone,I recently attended a reals estate investing workshop in my area and I did n't hear anything about the 2% rule or the 50% rule.  

I’ve read books, gone to seminars, and will be attending a workshop in a couple of weeks where I already know that they will charge me an arm and a leg for their mentoring program that I can’t afford.

& then they coarse you into to this bus tour that's 43,000 for three day workshop to get the upgrade training.

I'll admit, I got sucked in, but only paid $97 for the 3-day workshop, which was useless because the speaker/trainer (yea right) that spoke at this workshop talked soooo fast that you couldn't even take notes.

I went to the Success Path intro event and I am thinking about going to the 3-Day workshop for $1,997.
