(Like I think Craigslist is still one of the best websites on the internet, but for some people it's a total turn-off because it still looks like 1995).Capterra.com is a great site for research in this category (and business software in general). 

Beyond that it's not in my nature to complain; I just like to identify problems and solve them, and if I can't solve them then either accept them or move to greener pastures.  

Some of their websites will probably explain everything you need to know.  

My market of central OH has some isolated areas that are like this, and in those areas, its generally accepted as "the way it is" but those areas are also very desirable and "hip" so there is a give and take persey.

After doing more searching we found a bunch of investors they did this too and they have an F on the BBB website.

We have been around the bigger pockets community for over a decade now and have more 5 star reviews on bigger pockets than any company on this website in any industry. 

Really interested in investing in this market and would accept a relatively low return (or even a break even scenario because i believe in continued appreciation potential here).
